Chris Oshiafi has over two and half decades of structured finance and Investment Banking experience. An Alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston MA, USA. He is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of PanAfrican Capital Holdings – a proprietary Investment company with business interests in several key sectors.
Before now, he was the Founder/Pioneer Managing Director/CEO of PAC Capital a foremost boutique investment banking and advisory firm with large footprints working with over 30 African countries and having raised over $5Billion in funding for Government, Corporation and Multinationals.
Chris served as Executive Director – Investment banking and Treasury in the then Citizens International Bank Limited. He was also the Vice Chairman, Board of Directors of the foremost Aviation ground handling company, Nahco Aviance. He is currently on the Board of Oakwood Africa owners of the Bloom Bank franchise in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Gambia. He is also the Chairman Board of Trustees of PAC Foundations
Chris holds a Degree of the Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of London and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII UK) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT). In addition, he is an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School (OPM), Boston USA as well Lagos Business School and has attended several Executive Management programmes at Columbia Business School, New York, USA, London Business School England and the INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France, The IESE Business School in Barcelona Spain.
He is married with four children.
Lola Oshiafi is the Group Managing Director of Truebond Group a leading investment company in Nigeria. She is an experienced Banker with over 25 years cognate experience in financial industry. She holds B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and she is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. Lola has attended a number of specialized training in insurance and banking locally and overseas, some of which include: Citi Corp Institute for Global Finance School of Banking, New York, INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau France, and Corporate Finance, Risk Management and Investment Banking in Lagos Business School, Lagos.
She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).
She started her banking career with the former Nigerian American Merchant Bank now (First City Monument Bank) in 1989 for the one year mandatory National Youth Service Corp (NYSC). She then joined the former Citizens International Bank Limited now (Enterprise Bank) where she rose to the position of Deputy Manager before moving to FSB International Bank Plc (Now Fidelity Bank Plc) and resigned as Senior Manager and Head of Corporate Banking to pioneer Truebond Global Investments limited , a proprietary investment company with interests in insurance , real estate and micro lending.
She is an active participant in the insurance industry and has delivered papers in corporate governance to several organizations. She is an avid supporter of various NGOs and other philanthropic initiatives
